The class will last for two hours during which we will taste lots of chocolate and I will demonstrate fast and easy chocolate desserts just right for this time of year.

There are two types of cooking classes. First is the demonstration class where students observe the instructors while cooking and the second are the hands-on cooking classes where students actually cook with the instructor.

I note that the first time I made chocolate ice cream I used Scharffen Berger chocolate and the result was fantastic. The next time I couldn't find Scharffen Berger and the ice cream I make with the substitute was disappointing. I've learned to keep Scharffen Berger on hand.
