Stumbled upon this article by chance. I had chance to get a taste of these chocolates when one of my chocolatier friend returning from the US brought these along after attending the fest. I have to tell you that being in the UK I am a big fan of Hotel Chocolat and these chocolates were at par with them. The smoothness and consistency of these chocolates was amazing as I still remember the taste which reminded me of Hotel Chocolat.
