Okay, take it from me, this is the best day to attend the show. It is less crowded which means you can see more and spend more time with the vendors.
CHOCTAL ICE CREAM: An Essential Chocolate Experience is their slogan and chocolate ice cream is their product. Single origin cocoa, wickedly high butter fat content and a spoon is all I need to make me happy. It reminded me of DR. BOB'S HANDCRAFTED ICE CREAM. My hunch was confirmed when the distributor told me that the owner of CHOCTAL had worked at Dr. Bob’s. Four chocolate flavor profiles (named Costa Rican, Kalimantan, Ghana and San Dominican) plus one Madagascar Vanilla for good measure. Due to debut in February.
